An urban hoedown

In the last few months I've reflected on urban barnraisings and urban canning, both very rural work practices adapted to city living. I'm pleased to report that some impractical and downright exuberant things have reached us here in the city as well. Last night Living Water hosted a birthday party and square dance in our meeting space. Rather than try to tell you about it, I'll just share some of the photos I took:

So don't let anybody tell you that city folks don't know how to kick up their heels and promenade!
